The appetizers are excellent. Kushi Yaki skewer and egg rolls are the bomb. The pho is great too. Sushi is fine, but I’d order other things on the menu if it’s your first time here. Happy hour beers are $3 as of Jan 2025 so that makes me happy. Will come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Koy:
I went there because it was recommended by a friend. I think the food is okay, not special. It’s a bit pricey for the taste. The sushi was good. Thai tea was not good at all. Other foods that we ordered were average, nothing to be excited about. Atmosphere is good, but the service can be better. Overall, I think it’s too pricey for an average meal. If you're in the mood for sushi, this is the place to be! My partner and I try to find a new restaurant each Monday, and we hit the jackpot here! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
This restaurant offers the best Asian cuisine in the area. We ordered the sea bass tonight, and I'm still drooling just thinking about it. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was incredibly flavorful and of high quality. Koy truly stands out! Atmosphere rating: 5.
The sushi rolls were delicious; fresh and succulent. Spicy tuna was my favorite, melts in your mouth. Ordered Uni sachimi, was good. Appetizers were small but good. Got the calamari and tuna tartare. Seaweed salad was fresh. Overall, we enjoyed our food! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
1. There wasn't enough fresh lettuce or perilla for wrapping—the serving included just two pieces of lettuce and a few small sprigs of perilla. 2. It was tricky to wrap harder vegetables, such as the carrots they included, which were cut in the wrong direction. 3. My mom ordered the shrimp and pork version and found only two small pieces of pork, a single shrimp cut in half, and way too many bean sprouts without any onions. Another member of my group had the vermicelli with pork and a spring roll. It had a decent amount of meat, but the spring roll was a bit of a letdown—it was lonely on the plate and not particularly crispy. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant has a nice interior. However, service can be hit or miss. My first visit was enjoyable—dinner on a weekend—but my second visit, a late lunch on a weekday, was disappointing. The waiter hardly interacted with us, and when we left, he didn’t say a word. It was challenging to get anyone's attention when we needed to pay; I ended up having to approach the register a couple of times. Vegetarian options: There is a separate section for vegetarian dishes.
