Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

Normally it's a good experience, this time all of the prepackaged ice cream in the freezers were soft. They must be more careful when dealing with dairy products.

I went with my husband for an ice cream in the afternoon (6:20 at Glen Ellyn Oberweis drivethru) and got worse treatment possible. An atmospheric employee was upset by ordering more than one customer through the window and making us make a decision. My husband ordered his selection of ice cream and when I was just going to make mine, did this very rude superior female employee tell us? just let a person speak to make her life much easier?! I felt insulted and although I paid for our order, I lost my desire for ice. What happened? I threw the ice away! I couldn't trust it was clean to eat. Unsatisfied people should not be allowed to treat food and serve people. Glen Ellyn? Oberweis deserves a better customer service. People must be aware of the abuse and avoid being deliberately insulted. Let me make her life easier, not stop through this store again and again and make sure my friends do the same!!

We were stuck in the car drive only 50 minutes and couldn't get out of the line... I wouldn't come if you had to be somewhere later. Unfortunately, this is not the first problem we had here. I once ordered a pineapple shake and received a strawberry shake (it was visible a pink shake) when I kindly told the employee that it was wrong, she gave me nothing out of attitude and insisted that it was pineapple without looking at it. On another occasion, I ordered ice in a waffle bowl and said they were outside... there were waffle bowls sitting right behind the counter. Many other times we came to get ice and the drive thru was closed long before closing time. Unfortunately, we will not be back again, which is a bummer, because we love Oberweis ice!

Ice is delicious, beautiful and creamy. I had the chocolate and Marshmallow. The rest of the family also loved hers. The bowls for the individual cups are small, however, every time you fill the spoon for a bite that floods molten ice on the side. But hey, the answer is not to give less ice.
