What User doesn't like about Tokyo Deli:
Service is almost non existent... Went upstairs and the place was filthy. Every table covered in food and dirty dishes. Food is generally good if you like extra hair in it... Yo be avoided. View all feedback.
13/01/20TakeawayItem: teriyaki salmon donGood don, could do with a bit more extras in the bowl e.g. salads, pickles, vegetables considering it was $15.80.
Best ramen around this area. The soup broth is a bit sweet and the noodles are very chewy and tasty.<br/ <br/ Sushi and sashimi is pretty average. Only downstairs was open and the seats aren’t very comfortable!<br/ Very polite and lovely staff
The Teriyaki Chicken Don was very nice. Very reasonable price compared to what I would normally pay elsewhere. I found the ginger on the top of the dish a bit spicy/hot for my liking as someone who doesn’t like spicy things. The Potato Croquet was okay; nothing special and wouldn’t order it again, but this could be personal preference. From ordering the meal to the time it was ready was very quick but I was told by a friend who visits more regularly that this usually isn’t the case. Would visit again.
Very tasty Shio Ramen, at a good price! I really enjoy the Karage which is also pretty cheap. One criticism I have is the ordering counter, as at peak times it can be a bit confusing to order. But this is pretty minor
We visited this restaurant for lunch and despite it being busy, the staff were friendly. We were seated in the modern, fresh and open upstairs dining room. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen with egg and an Okonomiyaki on a stick. The ramen had a clean broth with a strong soy flavor that paired well with the firm flat noodles, tender pork slices, fungus, micro herbs, and a delicious marinated egg. The Okonomiyaki on a stick was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing a nice contrast of textures and good taste. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch experience.
