However, always amazing service, beautiful strong consistent coffee, and amazing area 'out the back' . Sparkling water on self help...tap which is also great. Go here frequently.

I can accept the fact it is the cheapest fir out of any cafe in Melbourne but the standard of cleanliness is unacceptable. Dirt everywhere you look, ants in the front...glass cabinet. Unrefrigerated chicken rolls on the counter. Just not good enough and a risk to ongoing success. Seems like all the attention goes into the coffee making.
