Was Anonym at Quality a mag?
The Masala Dosa is so delicious and fresh and the Daily specials are delicious. Unless you are Indian though (which most diners are) there is NO way to understand what anything is on the menu! There are no description or photos and when you ask for the description the staff really are not great at conveying the information! Someone needs to clean and maintain the eating area and tables more often as well! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Quality:
Need improvement in Food Quality as South Indian dishes are cooked by Northern style which looses the authenticity of the dish. Above all, weekend thali is over priced as we can get unlimited thali in many other Indian restaurants. Overall average restaurant. View all feedback.

The dosas at this restaurant are excellent. The menu clearly indicates which items are vegan and which are vegetarian. I always order the large Masala Dosa. It's a good sign that many Indian people dine here. Delicious!
The food was delicious, affordable, and had a wide variety of options. I will definitely be returning!

Good quality food and the staff are really good, chats are really nice. If you looking for a decent south Indian food this is the place. Sweets are good and fresh. Prices are reasonable. My daughter really liked your food.
Quality is just in the name not in the taste! Just wondering why someone cooks food? Just to throw much of it in bin? Is it saambaar you call? Full mustards n bland taste. Chutney is just a joke, might be old not fresh and tasteless. Potato Masala in the dosa is tasteless. Pls taste the food before you serve. Restaurant purpose is to serve ‘quality’ food for the money people pay not for what you serve.
Ordered catering food for a party.... Quality and quantity of the food was amazing.Everyone who came to party asked us from where we ordered food. Thanks for the delicious food
Great customer service, great prices, and amazing sweets. Overall the best Indian cafe/restaurant in this part of town.

We always land up coming here for a bite after an extensive Indian grocery shopping (as if that wasn’t enough :D This place serves a variety of Indian dishes and snacks along with Indian sweets and drinks. They recently started a fresh sugarcane counter which we yet have to check out! The Jumping Dumplings recommend: •Paneer Parantha Fresh grated masala paneer in a thick roti and served with curd, pickle and butter..YUM. •Chole Bhature You get a large sized Bhature and served with Chana Masala (and not the typical Chole , still a winning dish. •Masala Dosa Another classic, but sometimes the potato filling inside is a little raw to eat. •Vada Sambar Not amazing , but very decent. Snacks you must try Bread pakoda and Samosa Drinks Mango lassi, filter coffee and masala chai. On a couple of occasions the tea and coffee was really lukewarm, but when you ask them they will heat it for you. :
Best Indian cafe in Melbourne. Also they have a indian grocery store. Taste is also good 5/5 ambience 5/5Totally recommend this cafe to everyone
Actual Rating: 3.5<br/ <br/ I was in the Glen Huntly area and decided to try this place which seems to be in addition to a Grocery store with the same name. Walked in and the place although looked clean needed more attention from the staff as it was unkempt. At 4 pm on a Sunday they were already out of a few things which wasn't pleasant as they close at 9 pm, some of these items were Chole Bhaturey, and a number of Snack items. Decided on the Poori with Potato and the server up sold an extra poori to me which in hindsight was not needed. The flavor of the potato curry provided was very good although the poori's were full of oil as per the pic. Needed some more care and time when they were taken out of oil. In addition, there was no other side items like Pickles or Onions provided with the meal which made it feel really uni-dimensional and bland. I also ordered a Samosa Paneer Butter Masala Curry for takeaway. I have to admit both of these were pretty spot on. The samosa was one of the best that i have had outside of India and when it was combined with the Sweet Tangy Tamarind Chutney that was provided with it, it just was amazing. The curry was pretty good as well and had shavings of Cashews in it which provided a nice overall texture to the curry.
The Thali here is **** awesome! All vegetarian too, which I don’t usually go for. The curries that come with the thali are always bursting with flavour although a touch greasy at times. The only fault I can find with the food is the temperature, turn up the Bain-Marie for the love of god! <br/
Quality Indian groceries and cafe, GlenHuntly , cuisine Indian. This cafe is attached to one of the oldest and best sourced indian grocery stores in Melbourne. They serve South Indian inspired dishes along with a wide variety of fresh Indian sweets and snacks like samosas etc. the taste is very authentic and a good option for a quick bite or catering for an event. The South Indian thali is quite flavorful and ofcourse too big for me to finish! It's one of the good ones for sure... go there to try the dosa (Indian savory crepes)... I can eat them anyday . @qualityindiangrocery #rating3.5 #southindianthali #dosas #foodblogger #instablogger #melbourneblogger #vegbourne #lovefoodlivefood #glenhuntly #groceries

The menu is hard to understand for the Wester and it is confusing no images for any kind of menu item. The food tastes good and presentation is...
The best vegetarian samosas ever! This is all I can say so far, because I had no time to try something else. As far as the ambience goes, this place is...
The Dosas are excellent. the menu clearly marks the vegan elements in contrast to the vege elements. I'll get the big Masala Dosa. The burdens of the Indians feed here, always a good sign. YUM
Food is really good and value for money, cudos for the team, its one of the best places to eat pure Indian vegetarian food
Visited the quality café at the weekend. masala dosa, distel dosa, pani puri and chole batura. the span puri did not very please, but the rest was quite good. good Indian vegetarian foods to reasonable trips.
