Was Anonym at Oki2Go a mag?
Quick, courteous and very yummy food. A fav with locals and takeaways just as delicious. It is licensed but my visit was lunch time, so enjoyed miso soup instead. ☺ View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Oki2Go:
Very unhelpful. No tuna hand rolls so asked for 2 to be made. Refused to put cucumber instead of avocado for some reason??? Owner was very rude and wouldn’t give me an explanation as to why View all feedback.

My girlfriend and I had take-away dinner from here tonight. I ordered the vegetarian gyoza and spicy veggie ramen and my girlfriend ordered gyoza and spicy beef ramen. The gyoza was really good and tasted nice when dipped in the spicy ramen broth and soy sauce. The ramen was good too. I would have liked more veggies and for it to be spicier but overall still tasted pretty good. My girlfriend said hers was good too as well as the beef in the ramen.Good sized serving and reasonable pricing. Would like to try others things on the menu next time.
Found this place wandering around Acland Street. The service was fantastic the food was fresh and tasty. Would recommend to anyone visiting St Kilda.
Enjoyed a Japanese chicken dish with miso soup and noodles. Partner enjoyed his I needed to add chilli. Having said that the servings are big and the price is really affordable.
Went here for lunch with family recently and tried a few different things. All the dishes were very tasty and the teriyaki eye fillet in particular was sensational. The service was friendly and very fast too. Would definitely dine here again :)

We dined twice at this intimate and friendly main st diner. Once for lunch and once for dinner. The hosts we engaging and informative. Food was delicious and tasty plus well priced. The choice of inside and street side dining added to our enjoyable experience. Loved the humour too!!
Not Japanese ,too deep fried Expensive and not value Had take away left hungry 1 star Absolutely not value
Ate lunch in the cute little restaurant in Acland St, St Kilda. Ordered 5 small dishes to share, all freshly cooked delicious Highly recommend a visit here
Worst customer service I have experienced. It is not hard to be friendly to customers. I went in there this afternoon and ordered some hand rolls. I asked if they would be able to cut them for me as I was eating in. the owner who served me was extremely rude. I don’t usually eat here (now I know why) I did enjoy my hand rolls. I went back and ordered more complimenting the rolls. And nothing just rudeness. The other customers dining noticed too.it was embarrassing. I don’t know why these people go into the hospitality industry, maybe they think it’s hostile industry and can be rude to customers. What a disappointment. I recommend people got to Woolworths St Kilda West Fitzroy St they have a Sushi Bar and its quite good and reasonably priced. Keep in mind it’s st kilda and unfortunately we lack good take away Japanese food here.
The food and service in this place was great! This was our second visit here and we will return again I’m sure.

My husband and I adore oki2go, a restaurant we have been frequenting for years. The sashimi platter is always fresh and delicious, and the salmon steak is hot and sizzling. The waitresses are familiar with us and it's always a pleasant experience returning to the restaurant.
My friend and I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The sashimi was extremely fresh and the kimchi was deliciously spicy. The service was friendly and attentive, with our water glasses being refilled promptly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed, perfect for a casual meal on a Sunday night. However, we were disappointed that they would not split the bill for just the two of us. Despite there being no indication that splitting bills was not allowed, we had to go through some back and forth with the staff before the owner finally agreed to split the bill. While we appreciated the gesture, we found it odd that they would not accommodate such a simple request. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and there was no reason why they could not have split the bill for us. As someone who has worked in hospitality for over 10 years, I know that splitting a bill is a simple and common practice that should have been easily accommodated.
3.5<br/ <br/ This is my occasional stop over place for a quick dine in or takeaway lunch in between work. Not the most authentic Japanese cuisine, but it’s a pretty okay to go (pun intended) place that does the job of fuelling me for the day.<br/ <br/ Honestly, you’re not going find the heartiest ramen broth here and personally I don’t quite fancy bukchoy, carrots and beanshoots in them, but having ingested a couple of bowls of Gyoza Ramen here before, their gyozas are actually quite good.<br/ <br/ I once had the Wafu Steak and it was cooked perfectly medium rare as per request. The teriyaki sauce was sufficiently tasty, bearing a tinge of smokiness from the hot plate. A better coating of it amongst the beef and everything would’ve been more well rounded as there were pieces that were lacking.<br/ <br/ Whenever I’m not feeling too peckish, a tray of salmon sashimi always hits the spot and so far I haven’t had a bad one here. My pick of the crop would have to be their Oki Katsu Box as it has my favourite elements all in one pork katsu, tempura, salmon sashimi and miso soup.<br/ <br/ Recently had the Sake Don where the salmon was sadly overcooked and dry, but my side of Ika Fry was nice and crispy without being chewy. Albeit missing the spicy sauce noted in the menu, there’s nothing a little dollop of Kewpie mayo can’t fix.<br/ <br/ At the end of the day, I won’t necessarily call this little place the best out there, but its convenience and reliability has served me well.
The food at this restaurant is simply incredible, some of the best Japanese cuisine I have ever tried. The service is fast, but the selection of drinks is a bit limited. I definitely plan on returning many times in the future. The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. I give it a 5-star rating.
