IM EM Thai Restaurant - Glen Eira

You could be forgiven for thinking you have walked into someones front room. Tables and chairs are packed quite close together, yet somehow it doesn't feel intrusive. Wide ranging menu with all the usual Thai dishes and some Malaysian cuisine in there too. We were are small party, and shared 3 starters and 3 mains and this was plenty. Food was tasty, punctual and well presented. Added benefits is that this is BYO and no corkage. So avail yourself of the may bottle shops just around the corner. The Roti, Beef Massaman curry and chicken satay were all hits.

Really great traditional Thai flavours! Loved the green curry and selection of entrees. Service was good and food arrived promptly.

Not a great location, and the decor is pretty average, but the food is very good, the service is efficient and friendly and the prices are OK. ( And BYO is OK too). Recommended if you are looking for a change from Hampton St and Church St eateries.

Food and service has been fantastic. From entrees and mains come out in good time and it all taste delicious. Haven't been here for a year or so, but will definitely be back here for our next Thai dinner.

We were very disappointed with our dinner here. The food - while good in itself - was bland, with almost no trace of those distinctive Thai flavours. We said so to our very pleasant waitress, who replied that many of their customers don't like 'spicy flavours' (why go to a Thai restaurant?!) and that if we'd said at the start that we like Thai cooking, they would have prepared the food differently. A note to that effect on the menu would be a good idea.
