What User doesn't like about The Downtown Cafe:
The menu seemed like it was created by a third grader and didn’t make any sense. Considering the price, the quality of the food was cheap and disappointing. While I could overlook that, the overall experience was so poor that I have no intention of returning. Unfortunately, all the restaurants in my area seem to share the same fate. View all feedback.
This is literally the best pizza I have ever had. Every-time I go I think it can’t live up to my expectations and then it somehow exceeds them.
The food was delicious and the staff was pleasant and friendly. I felt bad for a waiter because one of the tables outside the customer was very disillusioning on the waiter. I work in the customer service and you get those restless people, but you've handled the situation well. I would definitely spread the word, it is a great place to eat and relax with friends and family.
I was always iffy when it came to Downtown Cafe, but recently they have been much much better. I believe they have new management/owners and it shows. Food has been great. Delicious, huge portions and great variety that always hits the mark. Service has been stellar. Great servers and the bartenders are the best part that carried over from prior management. Tried their new brunch menu. Big fan. Only complaint is that the boozy brunch option might be just a little too overpriced to be worth it. But other than that, no complaints. Will definitely be back.
Stopped in for a catch up dinner wit a friend from out of town. Great selection of scotches, terrific service and generous portion sizes.
