What Kaitlyn Elrod doesn't like about Carvel:
I went in Carvel to last night to get a thing of ice cream half the soft serve machines were down and it was 9:30 p.m. The store closes at 10:00 p.m. I don't understand why they close the machines so early I understand you have to clean them but don't you do that after the store shuts? Great products. Love the cakes. But they were definitely not wearing gloves tonight. I didn't even notice until I saw someone else's review on it. You must wear a mask to enter. There are big bottles of sanitizer at the register. But yeah... the no gloves thing caught me off guard. View all feedback.
