Applebee's Grill - Glen Carbon

Server brought out appetizer and main course at the same time, main course was cold. manager has compiled the main course.

Food wasn't the best. I lost my appetite with the Buffalo style wings appetizer. Felt sick. Fries were crunchy. Did the 2 for $22 meal, my buddy got the tax whenever the waitress said she could split the tax. Update: I lost my appetite the rest of the day, starved myself. Do NOT eat the Buffalo wings. Culver's came in clutch THE NEXT DAY after I starved myself because I was too sick to eat after this Applebee's.

Didn?t even get to eat here because we parked in the same row as curbside but not in a curbside spot. We were about to get out but a lady came out and told us we can?t park there and need to move because that whole row was her numbers. There was another car parked in that row as well. There wasn?t one single car even parked in any of the actual curbside spots with signs. We parked in an open spot with no sign. She was super rude and didn?t even ask us. She just demanded that we move and wasn?t even the slightest bit polite about it. We ended up just leaving because we?re not gonna spend money somewhere where we?re going to be treated with disrespect. Looks like they need more curbside Togo signs so people know that there?s an entire section of the parking lot that they can?t use.

The food was very good, the service was good but pretty slow. It appeared they were running short of staff and were trying their best to keep things moving along. Overall, it was a good experience.

We dined here recently on a Wednesday evening. The appetizer and food were hot and tasty. There was a sign reminding diners there may be staff shortage and food preparation may take a little longer. However, it was the opposite. We were seated immediately. All drinks, appetizers, and meals were served in a very timely manner. Very impressive! The waitress was very friendly, helpful, and checked on food/drinks. This place is family friendly. It is handicapped accessible and has handicapped parking. In fact, there are also available marked parking spots for the military and expectant mothers! Again, very thoughtful. We plan on eating here again in the near future.
