The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend the bacon mac and cheese burger!

Friendly's has closed in Virginia, so we decided to make a weekend trip to the location in Maryland. It was fantastic! We went as a special treat for my husband, who still craves the Reese's Pieces Sundaes that he can't find in Virginia. Without a doubt, it was the best Reese's Pieces Sundae we've ever had. Our server was amazing—friendly yet professional—and she even made the sundaes herself. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at Friendly's!

Negatives: Unfortunately, the restaurant is staffed by teenagers who are extremely slow. It takes over 10 minutes to receive your drink or check. It's simply not worth your time to dine here. Additionally, the prices are too high. If you're craving Friendly's, consider going to a different location instead.

At the Crain Highway location, Abbi provided attentive and friendly service that truly went above and beyond. Her welcoming personality made us feel right at home. She took our order precisely as we wanted it without needing to write anything down, which was impressive. Thank you so much, Abbi! Because of your excellent service, we will definitely be returning!

I've visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks. It's conveniently located near my home and is a classic spot for sundaes. I absolutely love their sundaes! During my first visit, the salad I had was spot on, and my niece enjoyed a flavorful burger. My grandson had chicken fingers that were large and crunchy. Plus, they have a side window for takeout ice cream, which is a nice touch!
