Our family group of five enjoyed being surprised by the Middle Eastern, reportedly Syrian, influenced flavours of our shared plates. The trend for sharing does pose a bit of a problem for table surfaces ie not quite enough room. The osso buco in vine leaves was gorgeous. View all feedback.
What Moses Parker doesn't like about Tinello:
I had heard good things about this new restaurant but our group of four was disappointed with the experience. Most of us found the food overly salty and servings a bit small for the price. Professional, elegant service although hard to get additional attention despite being there on a quiet night. I hope it gets better as it has a very nice ambience. View all feedback.
This hotel furnished in a very modern bar-style restaurant, had a beautiful view from outside. friendly staff and tasty eating was in the offer and could not really be aged. Actually, the only thing that happened was that they ran out of the dessert I wanted! I would definitely recommend trying to eat here! yus
Eating, service and ambiente amazing. all dishes are delicious and love the light middle east influence in the Italian cuisine. recommend this newbie in glebe. book early as this place is difficult to reach.
We went at night when everything is bust 8pm but they found us a table. We ordered 2 x 12" pizzas should have had 1 pizza as 2 was way to much. The pizza's were very good and the happy hour (6 tp 9pm), we had 2 glasses of there pino grigio which was a nice wine so we had 2 more.Overalll good value for money and very good service.
Four of us had dinner here on a quiet Tuesday night. We had a number of side dishes, with two lamb racks with roasted Jerusalem artichokes, a chargrilled hanger steak and a seafood pasta dish. The lamb and the steak were superb, but the pasta dish was described as not very exciting or satisfying. We all tried the chocolate olive oil torta with mascarpone, which was a delight. There is an extensive wine list.Service was attentive and the food well timed, so we felt cared for and very happy with the evening, apart from the pasta dish. The place is not cheap however: the owners are clearly aiming up market and the prices reflect their belief that quality is worth paying for.
We visited with 5 family members and a 4 year old in tow. Firstly taking young children to restaurants of this calibre can be a hit and miss affair, not here. We were welcomed, even with a set menu, children are catered for with the same care and attention given to us. Food, well amazing. Surprisingly filling. Highly recommend going for a meal. Price wise middle of the road for the proximity to city.
