assistant manager to be, Dawn, very very rude. Should NOT be working anywhere she has to be around customers. I go to this store every day, and since she has started working there I don 't even want to go there. Very unwelcoming.Also they 're WAYYY overpriced. Better off going out of Gleason going to McDonald 's or something. And you 'd get better tasting food too. ? View all feedback.
When an online order is placed get it done when you say you will. staff was not friendly nor apologetic. they waited on me to get to the store to process my order. I will not go back and I will be sure to post my review where I can!
The restaurant was poorly managed. On line ordering for pickup provided a time for pickup (6:13pm) that was different than the ordering system (6:52pm). Employees were badmouthing the new manager, other patrons orders were incorrect, long wait times, frazzled employees, etc.
Order 2 pizzas, got home both pizza order was wrong.
First and last time ordering from here. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. I was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. I told him I would pay with my debit card.
