Me and my dad were going to sweet frog on a Sunday and said it was open we drove all the way there just to find out it was closed. I looked online and but said that it was opened and me and my dad were so sad because we usually go there sometimes and it was so sad. View all feedback.
3 machines were not working when we arrived. Still the best frozen yogurt in town.
Call before you go and ask how many flavors of froyo are available and of those flavors, how many machines are actually working- todays visit was sad- very limited selection and there was only one flavor that came out the correct consistency but took forever to dispense. Not sure what’s going on with the machines not working ??? Employees on duty seemed unaware or did not care- not sure which
Update your hours! It’s frustrating. Every time we come, it’s closed even though it says open online.
It is always close when I go. If it closes at 8 then change it to 8 on the website. Ridiculous.
Why does it say “Open” on Google but when you get here it’s actually closed ?!
