I usually don’t have any issues at this location but I was very disappointed with my experience today. I’m assuming I spoke with manager (based on overhearing her belittling the other employees while waiting for my order). She was extremely rude unprofessional. Best Starbucks in the city, manager is a super friendly, helpful, humble and down to earth guy. They maintain name and perfection at the best levels of StarbucksVegetarian options: Good vegetarian options with both veg and non-veg sorted and kept in different show cases.Dietary restrictions: One can have, lacto, keto or other dietary options very easily.

I understand everyone has bad days, but its unacceptable to take it out on the customers and other employees. I will pass on Starbucks support other local coffee shops.
