Starbucks - Glastonbury

Baristas never do a good job here. The place is always unclean. Gave multiple tries and have always been disappointed ?

The staff are always friendly, efficient, and deliver top-notch service with a smile. When I order via the app, the drinks and food are ALWAYS hot, fresh, and ready so as not to delay my morning commute. I love this place. Keep up the good work!

I visited this location yesterday afternoon around 1:30. I had some work to do so I sat at one of the tables. The talk behind the counter was ridiculously awful. The tall Asian kid was complaining loudly about every customer that he took orders for. If you don’t like the customers then don’t be in a customer business. Then to top it off he said very loudly “oh my God, this makes me want to kill myself!” WHAT!?! For someone who has battled with mental health issues this is unacceptable. I will NEVER return to this location.

So me and my aunt went to Starbucks. It was a girls day out and it was going good until we got our order. We order a venti Mango dragon fruit refresher butttt we were given a grande, like what. #whatintheworld #mydayisruined, Oh wait a minute now my cousin's straw is BROKEN!!?? O.M.G

I go to this Starbucks often as I work down the street. I went there last night 7/26/23 and ordered a brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso (which I order at least 2x a week) at the drive through and this girl hands me basically a full cup of oat milk! I brought the cup inside and asked them to make me a new one all I could take was oat milk! The girl got an attitude then told the girl who made it the problem and that girl got an attitude saying she can just wait for a new one then walked away to clean. I waited there for 10 minutes trying to be patient until I had to ask for a refund and the manager came out and remade me the drink with an attitude as if I was troubling her! Terrible customer service!
