Yulan House - Glasgow City

I have been a customer at this Chinese restaurant for 6 years, but tonight our usual order was very disappointing. The chicken was so chewy and tough that we couldn't even eat it. Despite the rising cost of food, we always considered this Chinese restaurant a treat. However, all of my family members were disappointed. We will now be searching for another Chinese restaurant in the area. It's a shame that after 6 years, we have to make this decision.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was so salty and inedible that I couldn't even eat it. I paid £23 for a munchy box that left me feeling unwell and completely unsatisfied. It was a very unpleasant dining experience.

This takeaway restaurant, located on a busy main road, provided a disappointing dining experience for me. It is unacceptable to serve such low quality food to customers.

I am a regular person that orders from here Recent order was of poor quality and had no taste I contacted the restaurant to be told there was nothing they could do but I could pay for another order

Over a two hour wait for a delivery and no call to let you know or explain why,food was good but cold.
