Price-quality ratio everything you can eat hot pot. if they are looking for ð kat haidilao, this is not comparable. but for the price they pay, this hot pot beats all the sweet spot. These include cold dishes such as herbal tea egg and soy sauce in the buffet menu. the service was also very fast and efficient, although the restaurant was quite full on a Saturday night. would definitely go back! What Sebastianengh doesn't like about Xiangbala Hotpot:
I arrived here and got a good service from the staff, the food was served. Tasted just ok. No more or less. One time visit, it was not a place that i will consider coming back. View all feedback.
By far the best hotpot I had in Britain. also favorably by 15 for all they can eat.

The hotpot is okay, but this place is so crowded. there are many knowing about the source and I don't know how to mix them together, please give them a guide
The broth was very flavourless, a staff member would come around filling it back up with clear broth rather that the “flavoured” broth, therefor diluting the already dull flavour even more Customer service was poor, as well as the atmosphere. Wasn’t welcoming, very quiet. The only time I felt customer service was good was when the older lady checked on us Food was okay, but since the broth had no flavour they also had no taste, the sauce from the sauce bar is the only flavour that it had When paying, we accidentally handed them an extra £20, which the young man at the till was holding in his hand whilst the rest of the money was on the counter, and when we went back, one minute later to say we had given £20 extra, which i think he mistook for a tip, he denied it completely and wouldn’t even double check.
