as laughing I decided to go for the Risotto balls, or as I know them, arancini. They were consumed with devastated spinat in hot petersilienbutter. I really enjoyed them! some might complain about the amount of butter, as the risotto was tasty and there was butter on the serving, but I really enjoyed it. without sauce or dip arancini can be a bit dry, but these were nice and damp and had a lot of smoked salmon in the...
