The 241 voucher made this much better value. The staff were excellent and the pizzas arrived piping hot. Bonus of unlimited salad is good. Will visit again but only with a voucher as the chain is over priced View all feedback.
What micw81 doesn't like about Pizza Hut Silverburn:
Went for the buffet but was not told that the ice cream was not included. The service was awful could not be less interested if he tried. Felt swindled!!! BE VERY CAREFUL View all feedback.
I'm really disappointed with the changes at Pizza Hut. They've stopped taking orders from customers, forcing you to scan a QR code and order online using your phone. What happened to the good old days when you could walk in, get a menu, and pay at the end of your meal instead of upfront? They even ask if you want to leave a tip! I prefer to wait until after my meal to decide on that based on the service I receive. Plus, they only accept card payments—no cash allowed! This is very frustrating, and I won't be returning as long as this continues. Pizza Hut is missing out, as I know many people feel the same way and just want a stress-free dining experience after a day of shopping. It wasn't enjoyable at all. My kids were looking for another fruit shoot during our meal, and a relative of mine usually enjoys coffee afterward, but we didn’t want to go through the hassle again, so we just headed over to Tesco next door for drinks instead. On a positive note, the food was good.
Despite the strict hygiene measures (which were followed perfectly), this Pizza Hut is likely the best I’ve ever been to. We ordered through the app, and it was quite straightforward. Our drinks, appetizers, and main courses arrived quickly and exactly as requested. The staff were attentive and friendly. Next time we're in Glasgow, we'll definitely stop by here again.
This restaurant, along with many others like it, is part of the problem. They assume that everyone has a smartphone with a QR reader and that cash is no longer used. I took a stand and walked away, taking my business elsewhere. More and more establishments are adopting this approach, but what happens if your card gets declined or stops working for any reason? How will you pay? Cash has always been a reliable option for unexpected situations, but that choice is disappearing. People should question why governments and businesses are pushing this agenda—it feels like total control and a loss of freedom of choice. It’s time to wake up! And by the way, the food here is ridiculously overpriced!
Friday night in january was really busy Servers were great polite and knowledgable Food came really fast and pizza and onion rings were really good
Restaurant very quiet but advised 30 to 40 minute wait for food. Main courses poor. 1 pizza bit burnt. Another one was the wrong order. Sent back and cold black olives added to it. Chicken pasta dish had burnt pasta. Disappointing visit. Seemed very understaffed and restaurant clearly struggling. Will not rush back. On the plus side, the waitress was friendly and helpful.
