Killed an hour in here before going to an event. Fantastic ambience and friendly people. Had a couple of coffees which were very good and also a breakfast scrambled eggs were absolutely perfect; soft and velvety; toast tasted like proper bread from a bakery and the black pudding was excellent. The service was friendly, and the burger was decent. The coffee was alright, but the decor seemed outdated and the upholstery on the window seats was dirty and stained. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant appeared lacking. View all feedback.
We ate here as family of 3 on a Saturday afternoon in april the caffe was nice. beautiful atmosphere and friendly service the merguez sausages were excellent to begin! the Patatas band were also very good. beautiful burger and Spanish omelette for others at the table definitiw worth a visit!
I really liked the interior, would like to eat there again and would recommend it to them for a visit
Cafe hula is like an old friend I've known for years.
This wee cafe is located bang opposite to the Theatre Royale and its proper bohemian atmosphere makes for a great meal or drink. The place feels casual and laid back, the staff are friendly and it's perfectly ok to walk up,pick up a jug of water and place your order at the counter. The pricing is consistent with other cafes along the stretch in front of the theatre Had gone there's few days back for lunch. My friend ordered the soup of the day while I had the pasta. The quantity of food overwhelms you and leaves hardly any space for dessert. The time before I had tried the mussels they are to die for !!
