Subway - Glasgow

When I asked for just a small amount of mayo, the distracted employee ended up slathering a generous amount all over the edges of my sandwich. Moreover, despite my clear request for a light drizzle of sauce, I ended up with an overwhelming amount that completely overpowered my sandwich. This lack of attention to detail ruined a significant part of my meal. As I tried to eat it, the insides of my sandwich fell out onto the wrapper I'd placed on the table. I then had the unfortunate task of trying to salvage what I could of the excessively sauced mess. About a quarter or more of my sandwich ended up being inedible due to the sogginess, which I promptly discarded. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but the inability to follow instructions is unacceptable. I believe the staff needs retraining or replacement if they cannot meet basic service standards. I enjoy writing positive reviews when I have a great experience, but I feel it's essential to share my honest feedback too. I hope the owner or manager of this Subway location will read this and take it as an opportunity for improvement. Writing negative reviews isn't something I take pleasure in; I truly hope that necessary steps are taken to restore the level of service I once expected. I strive to use my writing skills to help others avoid poor experiences, and I sincerely wish for this restaurant to get back on track.

My experience has been disappointing during my last few visits. However, the manager did reach out to apologize.

One particular employee with short, curly hair has consistently made my sandwiches perfectly. He is not only kind but also takes pride in his work. Every sandwich he prepares looks and tastes amazing, making it almost impossible for me to go anywhere else (though I'm sure others are good, too—I just keep returning to him). I highly recommend this Subway next to Burger King. However, I would never suggest going to the one in Houches or on the square!

My experience was bad, the last few paintings I was there! but the manager called an apology!

Just try to go to this Subway the open light was on lights were on the hours on the door said they closed at 9 was there at 8:35 and the door was locked and the employees hid from us. Terrible service!
