The qual... read more I typically do not like hibachi; I have never understood the hype. I tried it a few times in a couple of different states and always left disappointed. The quality of the food never justified the price and I was always hungry afterwards. Neither was true at Shogun in Glasgow. So much food. So much. And it was all very, very good. The sushi was also outstanding; I had a rainbow roll and it was just as good as the best sushi restaurants in Nashville.

The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure every detail of the service was perfect. Now for the sushi—absolutely top-notch! The fish was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was like art on a plate. My favorites were the spicy tuna roll and the chef's special sashimi platter—both bursting with flavor. They even offered some creative twists on classic rolls that I hadn’t seen before. The cherry on top was the dessert—a green tea mochi that was the perfect way to end the meal. Whether you’re a sushi connoisseur or just looking to try something new, Shogun's is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
