However, the Casey's in Glasgow, Missouri is, without a doubt, the worst in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and friendliness. There are no expressions of thanks or welcoming gestures here—just stale pizza and rude behavior.

The app indicated that my food would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived 30 minute... read more I have had a frustrating experience with their online ordering system. The app indicated that my food would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived 30 minutes later, they hadn’t even looked at my order yet. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes, even though there were no other customers around and they didn’t seem busy at all. This has happened to me three times at this location now.
