Arby's - Glasgow

I've always liked Arby's but I think their prices are a bit high, but If I have coupons I'll go there pretty often.

Slow service acted like they didnt know what they were doing. I ask for a receipt the girl hold on I waited with a line behind me. Then she says can I write you one. I said never mind. I ordered a market fresh Turkey and swiss there was hardly any Turkey on it normally there is even too much. They were friendly customer service just didnt seem to have it together.

Our food was cold, the buns were very dry, fries were cold. Mozzarella sticks were pretty good, my step-son had those. Our drinks had no ice at all in them. I did call and spoke to the manager.

Drive thru service not very friendly. Got all the way home no cheddar was on my beef and cheddar. Went back knowing how high gas is. He couldn't issue a refund from the receipt on my bank statement. The drive thru girl didn't give me a receipt. My bad for not asking. If my order was right I wouldn't have needed a receipt.

Hardly qualifies as Fast Food. Had to wait 45 minutes in drive thru for my order. Then them skimped on everything!! Their new Hush puppy Fish are extremely small. Canned sardines are larger!. Save your money, go elsewhere.
