Large customer service, I ordered a caffeine, a billet and a sun bank as with some friends. the personal is really friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. the service was fast, although she seemed busy. we also have a free water carpet that went well with our deserts. will come back definitiw!

Amazing Dessert-Paul. room was clean, staff were friendly and our desserts arrived quickly. there was a great living atmosphere. in any case they recommend to visit it.

A real sweat of a place. I don't know why it took so long to serve a few desserts. After half an hour of waiting I went to theke to ask when it will be ready and they said minutes before they go to make them. After a few minutes we were told that they didn't have what we wanted. How would we not have said that if we ordered it first? When I decided to get only one refund as I was dropped, he said he had to get the manager. he couldn't find the manager when he looked around outside the last. he gave us a refund with cash, although we paid with card. I didn't want to disturb her anymore, so I didn't say anything else. the young man was very apologetic and tried to explain that they were short workers, but on the way I noticed that the last was closed. if that was the case, why was it so long? there were people working and of what I saw, just a few people sitting around, so I'm still confused why it took so long, but I think it doesn't play any role as I don't back. manager must train teamworkers and actually be present on layer!

I had been waiting for almost an hour when my partner went up to the counter to ask where our waffles were and the answer was a simply give me minutes before clearly starting to prepare them despite the wait. In the meanwhile people getting in after us and ordering takeaway were getting served faster. After a couple of minutes that the guy started preparing the waffles he came to the table announcing that the flavours we chose were no longer available (they had clearly just run out due to busyness) so we decided to ask for a refund which was given in cash despite we paid with card (apparently the owner had left so they couldn't approve the refund transaction). Overall prices seem steep and the chances of getting what you ordered are quite slim. hours wait for two tiny waffles seems exaggerated, staff was not very helpful and the whole experience was very disappointing. Definitely not gonna be back.
