There were three employees in the back, and baked goods were already on display. Very disappointing customer experience. Service rating: 1.

Since the new management took over, however, the quality has declined noticeably. The variety isn’t as appealing or extensive as before, and the baked goods don’t taste as good. I was particularly shocked by the price increase—a small lentil roll that used to cost £2.25 is now £3.50. On top of that, the pastry didn’t taste fresh; it lacked the usual crispness and flavor, as if it had been sitting out for a while instead of being freshly baked. Service was takeaway. Price range: £1–10.
