Papercup Coffee Company - Glasgow

I had a lovely brunch at this restaurant. The coffee was excellent, and the vegan katsu burger was delightful. The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. We’re excited for our next visit! (Updated from the previous review on August 18, 2021)

Great coffee! It's the best I've had outside of Rome! The beans are roasted to perfection—there's no bitter aftertaste, just a smooth flavor and a beautiful finish. I also discovered they have another location near the city center.

The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and the staff was friendly. However, the espresso was a bit too bitter for our liking, though each coffee drink featured a different type of bean. Additionally, the fresh mince pie could have had a stronger flavor.

I enjoyed my coffee at this restaurant, but the food was only mediocre. However, they do offer a variety of vegetarian options. I’ll definitely return to sample something else!

Charming little spot with deliciously large iced lattes. I was pleased to find they use MoMa oat milk.
