While the atmosphere can be subdued, the restaurant's beautifully presented dishes impress, even if they sometimes fall short of their menu descriptions. Service is generally friendly, though occasionally rushed. Guests appreciate the creative flavor combinations and the overall dining experience, with many eager to return despite minor drawbacks. This hidden gem serves as a fantastic choice for those seeking a unique culinary adventure in Brighton, making it worth a visit.
We had a wonderful time at Blanch House in Brighton. The cozy atmosphere of the small bar made us feel like we were in our own little world. The cocktail list was extensive and we particularly enjoyed the Strawberry & Balsamic Mojito, although they were willing to make any cocktail we desired. The food was delicious, with the only drawback being that the middle piece of rump lamb was slightly undercooked. The service was good, although a bit rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely return.
Blanch House in Brighton is a very chic establishment. The cuisine was delicious, although it did not entirely match the descriptions on the menu. This discrepancy should have been clarified when we placed our orders. Despite this, I would still recommend dining here.
I absolutely loved this restaurant. The food was fantastic, the ambiance was stylish, and I would definitely return and recommend it to others.
Blanch house great food, if trying a little hard to prove itself.
The welcome and service at Blanch house were great. Unfortunately there were only two groups there for Sunday lunch so the atmosphere wasn't as lively as it could have been. The food was beautifully presented however the taste didn't live up to expectations it simply didn't taste as good as it looked. It's a shame I'd wanted to go to Blanch House for ages but don't think I'll be rushing back.
