The food at this restaurant is the best I have ever tried in Lanarkshire. The staff are amazing, especially the counter staff who are probably the best I have ever encountered. absolutely shocking order came 40 minutes late! when i called the restaurant the man had no clue what i was talking about when i was asking when my order would arrive he was so nasty and then when i called again he answered said yeah i know scoffable then hung the phone up on me when the food finally arrived half of my order was missing and what they did bring was swimming in GREASE! I've used the chip shop a number of times and it's always been a fantastic experience. The food is excellent nd reasonably priced... Top marks!
Food is ok, but on a couple of occasions there's been an issue with the order. I phoned to inquire and nobody seemed particularly bothered. Disappointing.
Wouldn't recommend, food inedible and wrong order received. Manager unhelpful
