Killermont Polo Club - Glasgow

My friends and I made a reservation for a three-course meal at The Polo Club and we all ordered different dishes, all of which we enjoyed. The waiter was prompt and professional with our orders. I highly recommend The Polo Club for its relaxed atmosphere.

We chose to go for the buffet option at this restaurant. A wide variety of appetizers are brought to your table, so you just need to go to the buffet for the curry. Fresh naan bread is also made and brought to your table. It was a delightful feast.

We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant. The food was delicious as always and the waitstaff were very friendly.

Although I have said that I would recommend the Killermont Polo Club I was very disappointed in the booking system. Booked for the 23re February at 6:00 p.m for 3 people. I was running late and phoned to inform them and was told that there was no booking made. When they checked they had booked me in for the 22nd. I was then told that they were fully booked and if they had noticed on the 22nd when they received the booking they would have phone me to cancel it. I said I was not happy with this and they said that they could put us in a room upstairs but as they were short of staff they could not guarantee the service. Had to book this as family were coming and it was too late to change it and find another restaurant in my area. When we arrived we were given a table in the main restaurant which did have empty tables and it was also pointed out to me again that had they noticed they would have cancelled the booking. Which I thought was a bit off and quite embarrassing as I had family with me and did not need to be reminded. Very disappointed as I am a regular either for take-away or in the restaurant as the food is always very good and good value also.

I myself and some of my friends booked for a 3 course meal and we all had different meals that we all enjoyed. The waiter was efficient with our meals. I would recommend The Polo Club. Very relaxed atmosphere.
