Gordon Street Coffee - Glasgow

I usually feel like my soul is being drained when I eat at the commercial chain restaurants in the train station. I often find myself sitting in front of the train schedule, feeling disappointed. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a non-chain coffee shop that offers a good selection of vegan cakes (I counted 4). The small lunch and snack menu is mostly vegan, and the coffee is decent. It's a cozy place to sit for 20 minutes. I would definitely stop here again in the future while waiting for a train, although there is a vegan café nearby with a wider variety of food options, but it's not as convenient for a quick meal.

The service was exceptional, making it the best dining experience on this trip. The charming Rocky Street windows added a unique touch not typically seen since Australia.
