Our server Laura was amazing, quick, efficient and was the nicest person we've met in Glasgow so far, keep up the good work Laura
Decent food at decent prices. Good portions. Good service
Kitchen took over an hour to send out 4 meals three of which were cold and inedible.
Food is as it says on the tin, steak was cooked properly and came with plenty of vegetables, along the largest tomato I have ever seen in my life. Excellent service by Ewan, who quickly and professionally took care of my issues.
Myself and friends visit this hotel sometimes twice a week before we attend the football. We normally book a table for food which used to be value for money. 3 weeks ago 3 of us ordered fish what came was not the normal fish but some frozen cheap fish that was as hard as the sole on my boots.we complained as did the people at the tables either side of us nothing done.last night before we ordered we asked if it was the same breaded fish as the last time the waitress went away come back and said yes it is before £15 99 was OK for fresh fish but not for supermarket frozen fish.so we said we ll have home made steak pie .the steak pie came and was a pie you d buy out the supermarket.again £15 99 for a supermarket pie.the restaurant and bar was quiet last night if the food doesn't get any better it ll be empty
