This was my first visit to the restaurant since it came under new management. It seems like there may be some cash flow issues, as the restaurant was freezing cold with only one small fan heater. The King prawn starter was disappointing, not fresh at all - I could have gotten better at a grocery store. However, the steak was very good and my friend enjoyed her pizza. I don't plan on returning, at least not until summer when it's warmer. One of the toilet seats was broken, and it's a shame that the restaurant no longer compares to its previous menu and standards. I feel sorry for the previous owner.
I recently returned to this restaurant after it changed ownership. It was a lovely evening with a good menu, delicious food, and excellent service. The prices were reasonable as well. What more could you ask for?! Thank you.

1st time being here since change of ownership. Although there was no complaints about the taste of the food, or the service given by the staff,I would not recommend this restaurant, nor will I come back to it. Going on previous menu b4 take over, the menu is rubbish. I ordered the same as I always have done for many years, and have thoroughly enjoyed., there is no comparison to what I used to get, to what I was just served!! . I used to get potatoes and veg with my chicken dorado, now, it’s only chips!! No side of veg? . Poorly presented. Looks so much like chicken nuggets and chips. ..., not good. Not much choice, especially deserts. Sadly... I think this just might be our last visit to Fratellis. On saying that, I have to say, the serving staff are amazing, especially Sara, and Marta. We have got on really well with these ladies over the years, and cannot praise them highly enough.
Booked here for a birthday meal for 14 of us and also booked the hall upstairs for a surprise 40th. The food was lovely on the night and the staff were brilliant at helping with the surprise and keeping us updated on what was happening upstairs while we were down having our meal. Staff were brilliant and friendly all night. A few annoying things that were brought up by everyone was the bar upstairs doesnt accept cards, only cash so some people were limited for buying drinks. Also, people who were buying the same round each time were getting given different prices each time. I bought my first round at £9, the next one, same drinks were £7.30 and then went up to £11 at one point, made no sense and everyone at the party had noticed and was questioning it. However cannot fault the staff or food at this place. Will defo be back for a meal and will consider the function hire next time we have an event coming up. Was really happy with how we were treated as customers
