Really really great and lovely. Fun fresh seasonal food suitable for vegetarian and vegans. Would love to have more of this in Edinburgh but will happily travel through for this often. The food at this restaurant was truly outstanding, especially the salads which were my favorite. The ingredients were fresh and the presentation was beautiful. The gin with dill and mint was incredible. The service was exceptional, with the staff serving us with a smile that truly made a difference. The atmosphere was great and I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you can dine here.

Excellent food and lovely staff. Panisse is made with chickpea flour, it has a crispy layer but taste creamy inside. I especially like pickled red cabbage, which adds to the taste of the chicken burger.
