The "festive chick" burger I ordered was nothing like what was described on the menu. It was an overcooked, pre-formed chicken fillet with a messy topping that did not resemble the advertised ingredients. The constant stream of delivery drivers coming in and out with their masks half on was also frustrating. I used to enjoy coming to this place, but now I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

The food was delici... read more I was really surprised to see so many negative reviews when I came to write this because we had a dine-in meal and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable (possibly because everything is much cheaper in Scotland compared to the south of England). I believe that having a sit-down meal at BRGR is better than having it delivered by services like Justeat or Deliveroo. Regardless, I would highly recommend BRGR, even though many others may not.

The food was lovely, however, the portions were really small and so expensive. £24 for two tiny burgers, small portion of chips and 3 halloumi fries is pretty rubbish. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.

However the quality of the food nowhere near matches the prices charged. Burgers are tiny and tasteless despite being £10 each, chips are soggy, onion rings and fried chicken tasted of old oil and overall very disappointing.
