The food was delicious and incredibly flavorful. The service was outstanding, and the staff made sure I was satisfied without being intrusive.

The set menu is affordably priced, and the drinks are very reasonable as well. I've dined here before, which is why I made a reservation this time, and I will definitely return... I love the Apex!

Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant were excellent. The food was well-cooked and beautifully presented.

We were staying at the Apex Hotel in Glasgow and were enticed by the menu, which was available to see. We had excellent service from the staff who were friendly and attentive. We did have a slight issue with one of our dishes being the wrong one, but again, our caring staff were able to manage the situation and give us a discount.

Great price set menu, drinks very reasonable also, have eaten here before the booking of this time and will definitely be back...love the apex
