Amber Regent - Glasgow

When I was doing business in glassgow, I said it was the best Chinese restaurant. To be fair, I didn't try others in glasgow, but that was excellent. the restaurant is very modern and stylish, the service spot on and the choice of the food amazing. I will definitely go back to try more dishes, as I was spoiled for the choice.

Good, but not the ho wong. my elders take me here, so it has a bit of nostalgie for me to eat good, but nothing to scream at home all in all had a decent family meal, but probably not be back soon.

Rude management. extremely rude management. for a starter that I took as a main course was double charged. when I asked the price, manager was very stand-offish and not willing to accept my request. the sad is when they had to listen to them and even share the difference I had when the meal was beautiful. on a side note we sat directly at the door (which felt like the worst place at the place). I wish I had been more concerned with the question of the price, can't believe it!

We have reviewed reviews on urbanspoon and tripadvisor before we eat here. both have rated it very, so I think we are inferior when we say we were disappointed. the restaurant itself is slightly dated, but has a charm. it seemed that many older couples are welcomed by the beautiful staff very familiar, in which did it seemed a few just regular here the staff is fantastic. could not be more efficient or friendly. I really liked that. eating was not as pleasant as we hoped. the pork dumplings had a very strong seafood taste to them, and the spring rolls were pretty dirty. happy tasty sauces were served to improve them. the bizarre looking...read more
