Tables on Flinders - Feedback

Was Selina Hand at Tables on Flinders a mag?
The Black Duck has an interesting menu, we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Was worried about the price but overall this bistro did not disappoint. Good service, good position and drinks selection. Would recommend and return when we are in Gladstone. View all feedback.
What Kari Daniel dislikes about Tables on Flinders:
Was very disappointed to hear that this restaurant is now permanently shut down. It was probably the best restaurant in Gladstone, and Flinders, which occupied this building before, was also a good special occasion restaurant which did not disappoint when we visited prior to its closure. Hopefully somebody will fill the gap and open a gourmet restaurant soon. The town needs one. View all feedback.

My work colleagues and I arrived at 11.28am and the chef kindly obliged to still make us breakfast even though breakfast service finished at 11.30. Bacon and egg rolls were delicious, the were able to provide a gluten free option for the roll as well. Friendly service, great view, highly recommend!
The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was delicious. The boyfriend had the pork belly with black pudding. Just Devine! I enjoyed the beer of the month the most! Was dark and fruity :)
The starter had a bit more than average salt.Average rib fillet saved with chips and not so nice tasting slaw. Good service . Clean place .

The now permanently closed Black Duck restaurant in Gladstone was once the best in the area, with a predecessor that also impressed diners. The bistro, known for its interesting menu and good service, was a popular choice for many. With a relaxing atmosphere and high-quality food, including a menu that changes regularly, The Black Duck stood out as a cultured dining option in the area. The portion sizes were generous, the food was flavorful, and the staff were both professional and friendly. The restaurant was also praised for its cool ambiance during hot weather and its willingness to cater to special dietary needs. Overall, The Black Duck was considered one of the best places to eat in Gladstone, offering delicious meals and excellent service to its patrons.
