They tried to give me someone else’s order for a latte…a size small…then dumped it into a size medium cup in front of me…then topped it up with cream. Not impressed.

I need to notice ALL customers This cafe is scam!!!!!Because they charged me three time same payment, the one guy he said “ we cannot do that your payment plz do that again” and I was willing to do that.But after a couple of days later, I checked my an account of my credit card when I used this cafe.They CHARGED Me three times!!!!!Can I report to RCMP?This cafe is completely scammedPlz be careful your payment

A cafe situated in the McArthurGlen Outlet. Coffee was of reasonable quality as was the toasted cheese sandwich which took a while to be toasted.Plenty of seating.

The food was not great, the coffee was so so.The staff were nice, though.

Staff was very polite, attentive and assertive at the time you walk in. You order right away. It takes a minute or two to have drink ready. Pastries are ready to go. Seating is somewhat limited. It was raining outside and people started coming in. I got to wait around 10 minutes before a family left and allowed us to seat. You can order to go cup or have the full experience with a nice cup and sip on hot drink. We ordered Lavander Vanilla Latte. Outstanding. No need for sweetener. It is sweet enough.Parking: It is inside Outlet Mall. Plenty of parking. Just needs to walk to place.
