I asked for iced coffee with extra base, the base was not added according to my request, asked again if they can add the base, she took the same cup from me, and added base and stirred with a spoon and put the same spoon back in the same iced water however i had already took a sip from that coffe earlier and she did’nt even change the iced water and did not wash her hands before taking the order from other customers.... Always people hanging around this Tim Hortons, not a fan of this location, very rarely go to this one....not a fan
The staff don't know what they're doing (had to look up instructions to make a grilled cheese!) No napkins and messy. A low point for Tim's

This is our first visit. Staff was friendly and explained their non-coffee drink options. I was surprised how many choices, we went with the black berry spritzer. Will try something different next time. Pastries were great. Clean dining area.
