A 10 with a ton deserves for this place! Impeccable service from all the waiters, great food and by European standards very cheap (800-1200 LEK the main course)! Finally, the view from the restaurant is indescribable! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Avoid this restaurant if you value your time or if you have any self-respect. Rude staff and an eternity for somebody to acknowledge you, let alone bring menus (or god forbid take your order) Absolutely awful experience. Great view, terrible restaurant and staff. A blight on the south and its amazing cuisine Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Superb food and Service! T-Bone was delicous! Hotel is also perfect. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ALL 5,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Because it was rainy, we ate on the covered terrace. The combination of terrible acoustics and a few very noisy other tables made us want to leave as quickly as possible. The food itself was good, but on the more expensive side. Especially compared to a number of other restaurants in Gjirokaster. For dessert we got a fruit plate, free of charge. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. A disapproving look for my glass of soft drink, having to use the same cutlery for all dishes, waiting a long time for our food and bill,... The table of 4 next to us got one dish and then had to wait 45 minutes for the rest. Clearly still room for improvement.

If you fancy wasting 35 minutes of your time and being spoken to like a hoodlum, come on down and visit this restaurant. By far the worst experience of any restaurant in the South Left waiting 15 minutes before being given a menu, then another 20 before a waiter bothered to show up and take orders. There were only 3 tables at the time (including my partner and I), so hardly busy The staff are either on their phones or staring out into the distance. Being spoken to like a I'm a child didn't help either Food prices are ludicrously overpriced and the menu is also very limited to boot. I suppose this works on tourists that have no knowledge of local cuisine The only positive of this place is the stunning view. And that's it AVOID AVOID AVOID Waiters couldn't care less when a third of their customers stood up and walked out My advice: visit for the view take photos leave swiftly and find another restaurant Be wary of 5 star reviews usually friends and family of the business
