(pizza and chicken brooch carving with potato bread) the place is nice and cozy and the service was great. when they go to giurgiu for a short half-a-day- 1 day trip, this is a great place to eat while they visit the center.

No one thought it necessary in the chaos created by these ravens that ran under the tables, like crazy people, thirsty pillows and torre flowers smelled. Men use the damentoilette! the food is not cooked with salt, but it does not play any more! I couldn't eat anyway, the atmosphere was shocking. if they have children, no wild animals, they keep them away from this place, they would get anxious and leave with aftereffects. that was my terrible experience!

I asked for an onion salad w... read more We popped into La Taverna for a late, light lunch and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, fresh and locally sourced. I asked for an onion salad which wasn't on the menu, and was told that was no problem. Nicoleta made me...a scrumptious salad of the most finely chopped red onions you've ever seen. We both had a delicious potato dish with pork and onions, topped with fresh parsley that was fresh, tasty and generous. My companion had a carafe of chilled white, aromatic wine which he said was excellent, and I had water as I was driving. Ended our light lunch with a perfect espresso. Fantastic service, cozy, pleasant decor and good ambiance. Will definitely be back.... and will make sure I have a big appetite next time. The menu was impressive_ from pizza, to steak, to fish, various salads and puddings. Green passes (vaccine certificates) are required and Nicoleta voluntarily told us she'd been inoculated. My companion paid the bill and said it was very good value for money.
