They have several different first courses that change daily. They're brought directly to you in pans, so you can serve yourself as much or as little as you like. I tried the gnocchi with ragù, which I thought was really good, while my companion tried the Norcina gnocchi (with truffle and meat . We loved both dishes! The only flaw is the vegetables, which are way too oily. Highly recommended :
