After having our main meal at a different restaurant each evening we used to call in at Happy Hour for desert, coffee and digestife 's. The selection of cakes is magnificent and the ice creams are out of this world. The staff 's English is a bit basic but with our basic Italian we always managed to get what we wanted. What ItalyAgent doesn't like about Happy Hour Lounge:
Place to be totally avoided. Dirty tables and floors full of trash. Aperitive drinks served with Nothing..not even some nuts...they wanted extra money for it. Price too high for a poor service..and no whatsoever good customer service. The menu are super dirty to be touched. Bathroom doesn't deserve even a comment. Plus no receipt was provided upon bill payment. View all feedback.

Can people be even more arrogant??? Clearly people are tired of working here. By the time they throw the towel in the corner when asked to make a coffee???!!! Stop staring at my wife!!!
