I made a reservation last week to dine at Chef Laurent's on Mother's Day. I knew it would be a busy day, but surprisingly, the wait was not too long. The food was delicious, especially the baked geese with risotto. The dish melted in my mouth and the fresh asparagus complemented it perfectly.
