What User likes about The River Cafè Girona:
The place is beautiful. There's plenty of room to eat outside. A problem with this is that this place is on the crowded road, so expect a lot of people coming next to you or near. Eating is also good. We both had a 3-step menu that was pretty good. We paid 25 euros each. Maybe a bit expensive if you compare it with something like it in overseas, like a TGIF. Lots of gluten free options, which is amazing, but the food quality was average. The patatas bravas were delicious, but everything else was sub-par, bland and/or dry, sadly. Whilst I’m sure sitting outside on the terrace is lovely, there is a 10% surcharge to do so, which is not completely uncommon in Europe, I suppose.
