The chickens of payés are incredibly big. they have a foie potato and duck magret that know glory. you can order it and so you don't do that much queue to collect.
Very good chickens, also, if you don't want an entire chicken they let you choose which parts of the chicken you want. whether you reserve or not, the queue makes it the same.
