The typical babysitter menu is very good. the chuleton what else. in the cry of "txotx all the diners go with their glass of cider to test the cider of a new barrel. The place is authentic, the cider serving follows the usual call where everyone lines up to fill the glass one after another. The food was basic cooking with awesome prime matter. The Txuleton was ridiculous good, one of the best I have had recently. Tortilla de bacalao, chorizo a la sidra, cheese dessert, everything super tasty. I could not dring too much because I had to drive, and I am not a cider fan, but clearly it was good as all the locals seemed to appreciate it. The bill was way lower than what I expected.

You can eat sitting, next to the entrance, or standing as we did, inner part next to the big barrels of cider. We had a really good time chatting with other people as we were drinking cider from the different barrels. The food was good but the steak was incredible!!
