The food was ok but nothing special but it wa... read more We have eaten in numerous restaurants as we travel around Sicily and this is the first time we have felt welcomed. The food was ok but nothing special but it was the atmosphere that was dreadful. We were the only “non-Italian” guests in the restaurant and it felt like they had no interest in foreign tourists so we just ate quickly and left. There are a number of restaurants in the area that have fantastic food and the proprietors are pleased to see tourists so choose one of them.

The friendliest staff we met during all our stay in Italy, they even made the food before the restaurant opened for dinner. Both chefs came out to deliver the pizza and it was AMAZING! Thank you!

Already when taking our order, he practically shouted... read more From the beginning on, we had the feeling to be somehow unwelcome. The cherry on the cake was one waiter. Already when taking our order, he practically shouted at me because they were out of something and then didn't listen when I made a small request (spicy food). When I remarked on that later on, he visibly didn't care and left in the middle of the conversation even though I finally called after him. Till the end he didn't show any remorse whatsoever and didn't seem to believe that an apology was necessary. It's a pity because the food was actually fine but with this unacceptable und definitely un Sicilian service, I wouldn't go back to that place!

The food was delicious, I went for a all seafood option the Octopus was soft and delicious as was the Squid, Sword Fish , Prawns, Mussels and Tuna. It’s 600 meters up off the coast road well worth a visit.
